Free Lock Screen widget
A new word on your Lock Screen. Every hour.
24 words a day, every time you look at your phone, without opening an app. Each one comes with its meaning.
The Hourly Word widget. It changes on the hour, by itself.
On your Lock Screen in 15 seconds
First, get the app and open it once. That loads the next two weeks of words onto your phone; after that the widget runs without the app.
- STEP 1
Lock your phone, then touch and hold the Lock Screen.
- STEP 2
Tap Customize, then Lock Screen.
- STEP 3
Tap the space just under the clock.
- STEP 4
Choose Wordkeeper, then tap Done.
Wordkeeper offers two Lock Screen widgets: pick Hourly Word for a new word every hour, or Word of the Day for one a day.
When you want more than a glance
Wordkeeper Dojo teaches precise everyday words: 3,400 of them across five dojos, each with its own master, in classes of about three minutes.
A word only counts as yours once you've got it right on three different days, the third at least six days after the first, and then it comes back just before you'd forget it.
Free: the widget, the word of the day, and three training rounds a day. Pro opens every dojo: $4.99 a month or $29.99 a year, after a free week. No account, no ads, no tracking.
