Wordkeeper Dojo is an iPhone vocabulary game for adults who want to say exactly what they mean. It is designed, written and built by one independent developer.
What it is
A training game with 3,400 everyday English words in five dojos: Precision, Work, People, The World and Ideas. Each dojo has its own master and its own way of testing you. The core question starts from a plain sentence and asks for the word that makes it precise. Words come back on a widening schedule until they are yours, and a Lock Screen widget shows a new word every hour.
How it's made
There are no ads and no data business behind it. The app is paid for by people who choose Pro, so it has no reason to keep you scrolling or to know who you are. It has no account, no ads and no tracking; anonymous usage counts, which you can switch off, show where it needs work. The privacy policy lists exactly what leaves your phone.
